Greetings! My Name is Katherine Benson, but most people call me Kat. I have been involved with real estate for many years, having spent over 10 years in the title insurance profession in Florida, where I am also a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent.
I recently retired from Northern Arizona University where I worked for 18 years as a Senior Manaagement and Computer Systems Analyst. I have a Bachelor Degree in Physics and a Masters Degree in Computer Science Engineering.
I love making music and am a second violinist with the Orchestra of Northern Arizona as well as a long-time piano player. I raise African violets, am attempting to grow a few orchids, and have raised a successful vegetable garden for the first time this summer.
My husband, an astronomer, and I love just looking up at the stars. The night sky is beautiful in Northern Arizona. The observatories here are world class and draw scientists from all over the world. We enjoy the atmosphere of a University town and the diverse ambiance NAU and the science scene bring to Flagstaff.
I look forward to helping you sell or buy your home. My previous experience in real estate and title insurance will help ensure your professional representation and a smooth transaction. I would love to help you open your new FRONT DOOR.

Hey Everyone, I’m Zach. I’m a business professional & Realtor®. I specialize in residential real estate transactions & executive hospitality management. You’re probably thinking how the heck is he able to do both professions & be good at either? I’ll tell you; I’m ambitious and driven by the desire to succeed. I don’t let failure weigh on me, I learn from it. I don’t quit when it feels like I should, I step it up to the next level. They said I would have a hard time doing both but I didn’t listen to their negativity. As Steve Jobs once said "Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it." Guess what? I found it. No matter the situation or circumstances, I will use the passion I have to shape any project we’re collaborating on. Whether you’re a real estate client of mine or another professional with whom I have the pleasure of working with, we will succeed! Don’t hesitate to contact me for my real estate services or to collaborate on any other exciting project.
